Kids Getting Crafty

Class Description

Do you have a kid that is OBSESSED with glitter? Or one that just likes making a mess? Well then this class is for them. All the arts and crafts supplies, ​a new theme for each month and it's major holiday, and YOU AREN'T THE ONE TO CLEAN IT UP. This class is all about letting their creative juices flow, enjoying the process and *hopefully* the final outcome, and building confidence in their capabilities as artists and humans. Adults are encouraged to join in on the fun! Kids learn best from example, and when they see you let go of the end goal and lean in to the process they become more comfortable with enjoying the journey rather than fixate on the destination. All classes will have an informative aspect about the history and/or science of the craft. All materials will be provided. We will adhere to CDC and local guidelines for COVID safety, including requiring that all patrons wear a mask.
